# Products and orders

Open **Sales**, then **Products**. These are the menu items sold through your POS and delivery channels.

Open a product to see its gross price history, attached modifier groups, and the link to a production recipe or a single inventory item. Packaging items are depleted only when the order has the organization's packaged tag.

The list can be empty because nothing has been imported yet, or because filters hide every row. Clear the map-coverage filter and the search when you expected to see products.

Open **Sales**, then **Orders** to review the orders those products were sold on. The Dashboard also lists recent orders.
