Stock movements

Open Purchasing, then Movements. The page description is stock takes, transfers, write-offs, and manual adds. Switch tabs to work in one of those lists:

  • Stock takes are physical counts and the variance against what Stockbird expected.
  • Transfers move stock between venues or storage locations. A new transfer is available when the organization has at least two branches.
  • Write-offs record stock that left without a sale.
  • Manual adds record stock that arrived outside a normal receipt.

When your account can change purchasing, the page offers a button to start a new record for the tab you are on. Open a row to see its lines. An empty list on a tab means nothing of that kind has been recorded yet.
