# Inventory

Open **Purchasing**, then **Inventory**. The list is the stock items tracked across your venues.

Open an item to see:

- purchase items that cover it
- open lots for the branch you are looking at
- recent movements for that branch

An empty list means no stock items exist yet. If filters are on and nothing matches, clear the filters.

Archived items leave the default list. They stay available when you turn on **Show archived only**.
